Fees for Statutory Inspections

Hotels

£16 for each letting bedroom subject to a minimum £200 and a maximum of £1,500

Guesthouses

£10 for each letting bedroom subject to a minimum £50 and a maximum of £150

Bed & Breakfasts

£10 for each letting bedroom subject to a minimum £50 and a maximum of £150

Self-Catering

£25 for each cabin, apartment, chalet, house or caravan or other individual sleeping accommodation unit provided for visitors subject to a minimum of £25 and a maximum of £250.

Hostels

£1.50 for each bed provided for visitors subject to a minimum of £25 and a maximum of £100.
